We are operating a full range of big size extrusion machines of 10000T, 7500T, 5500T, 4000T with a biggest extrusion dimension width of 800mm. We also operate in-house anodizing and powder coating, both vertical and horizontal. There are 14 anodizing production lines, 21 powdering coating production lines and more than 30 decorative material production lines for wood grain, embossment, crystal electrophoresis, polishing, etc. Both anodizing Both anodzing and powder coating can handle a longest length of 13.50 meters.

Fenglu also has an in-house die shop which can handle die design and manufacturing. Our workshop has large gantry machining center, CNC vertical lathe, horizontal three-axis CNC, vacuum large-scale gas quenching furnace, large-scale slow wire, gantry five-axis CNC and other advanced equipment and able to achieve independent R&D and product 1200mm super- large mould.
